Fellow homeschooler Holly posted this. And I LOVE IT. I can’t seem to figure out how to make it not bleed over, but I think you’ll get the point. The 2 nearly lost words are "daughter’s", and "experience".
Before some parents of children in public or private schools get riled, I know this is not every child’s experience. But if you are not aware, it is the sad experience of many.

Sadly, this is so true. But the cartoon does crack me up, in a sad, sad way. I wish I could come up with clever cartoons like that.
Getting back to the point, I hear the message you are sharing with this loud and clear. My school experience was lived on both sides of the bullying equation (I was never a bully, but boy, did I go through some snob years while trying to fit into the crowd my parents moved us into) and I would never want to relive those times the same way ever again. And I never want this to be experienced by my children. It’s just getting worse and worse through the generations.
I love what we “miss out on” as homeschoolers! Don’t you?
